1. Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email as proof of purchase.
2. Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Once your payment is authorized and verified, orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Should any delays occur, we will reach out to you.
3. Shipping Areas
At this time, Pure Notes ships exclusively within Australia. International shipping is not available.
4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We provide free shipping on all domestic orders within Australia.
Please note that due to the classification of perfume as a hazardous material, we are unable to offer express shipping services. Ground transport is required.
Delivery times are estimates, starting from the date of shipment, not the order date. Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery window, though this may vary based on your location and external factors like weather. While we aim to process and ship orders promptly, factors such as holidays or peak times may cause delays.
We recommend allowing 3-5 business days for delivery. During high-volume periods, please expect delays of 5-8 business days. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please contact us at info@purenotes.com.au.

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or holidays.
- Perfume shipments require road transport, which may extend delivery times.
- Delivery times depend on location, carrier policies, and order size.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we will send you a tracking link or code, allowing you to follow your package’s progress.
6. International Shipping
Pure Notes currently ships only within Australia.
7. Damaged Shipments

8. Missing or Lost Packages
Occasionally, packages may be misplaced. We recommend checking with neighbors or common delivery spots if your package is marked as delivered. If you’re still unable to locate it, please reach out to us at info@purenotes.com.au for assistance.
