Are Pure Notes fragrances genuine designer perfumes?

Marry Me is our own original design, created entirely by Pure Notes. Many of our other fragrances are inspired by well-known designer scents; where we reference a designer name (for example "inspired by"), it is only to describe the scent profile - those products are our own original interpretations, not the branded product itself.

What sizes are available?

Most fragrances are available as a 100ml or 50ml Eau de Parfum, or as a 6ml or 3ml fragrance oil, depending on the collection. Available sizes are shown on each product page.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we currently ship exclusively within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered in 3-5 business days (5-8 during peak periods). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. Whether your fragrance doesn't meet your expectations or you've simply changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details on how to start a return.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package's progress.

Are your products made in Australia?

Yes, every Pure Notes bottle is handmade and inspected in Perth, Western Australia.
